Salmon With Pistachio Crust

Ingredients

4 skin-on Salmon Fillets

(4 oz/125g)

salt and freshly ground black pepper

3 Tbsp dijon mustard

3 Tbsp pure maple syrup

1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped

Description

Its equally delicious made with sea bass or sablefish.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or greased foil. Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place skin side down on prepared baking sheet.
In small bowl, combine mustard and maple syrup; spread over salmon.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Pat pistachios on top of the salmon. Serve immediately.
